Developed to achieve maximum results with minimum massage movements, within a short time, both the elbows and soft fists are employed by the Therapist to achieve the constant pressure required.
Focusing on firstly engaging/grabbing the connective tissue that supports the deeper muscles and nerves, then secondly, gradually and very slowly dragging/stretching the connective tissue in a constant movement and direction, making sure the pressure remains the same and the tissue is being rolled out. A specially formulated dry wax is used to allow the tissue to be engaged and stretched without irritating the skin, and prevent slipping.
