Like all good stories should be, VitaMan’s is intriguing, absorbing, inspirational and full of adventure - all in one.
For the first 2 years, VitaMan was operated from a one bedroom apartment, in Sydney which also doubled as an office, warehouse, pick & pack and sample making facility.
From humble beginnings launching in 1999 with just 9 Shave & Face products, the Co-founders decided to take VitaMan globally to tap into the emerging male market and to introduce the world to the uniqueness of their Australian-made products, that pioneered the utilisation of many unique Indigenous plant & herbal extracts never used in cosmetics before.
France was VitaMan’s first global export market, where within 2 years of launching, was Voted “Best Men’s Grooming Brand” at Cosmeeting Beauty Expo Paris 2004, by an International panel of 35 judges.
Having such early success in a country revered for its Cosmetic history and offerings by the world’s most prestigious Cosmetic Houses, gave VitaMan the confidence to look towards further global expansion.
Around this time, VitaMan also noticed that there were no exclusive Male Spa Treatments or Professional Spa products being offered to Male Spa clients anywhere in the world, so they made the decision to create and launch their own, becoming the world’s first Male – specific Spa Brand, introducing effective, masculine De-stressing Massage techniques to coincide with their Professional Spa Range formulated just for men’s skin conditions.
The Journey had well & truly begun!
