2. Credit Card Security

Ordering from vitaman.com.au online is safe and secure. All transactions will be on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds. For your own safety, please do not ever use e-mail to send us your credit card information! Use the secure ordering process instead.

3. Ordering

Ordering from VitaMan.com.au is simple and convenient. Take your time browsing through the site's many offerings, you can "ADD TO CART" by clicking on the link with each product. In the cart you'll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected, or remove any unwanted items. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase, when you're finished, use our simple Shipping Calculator to select your desired shipping method and calculate your TOTAL cost. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on "CHECKOUT." Then either login using your user email and password, or register with us so we may process your orders easier. Follow the prompts as to the delivery and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note that your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering.

Order Tracking

Depending on the shipping service you choose when you place an order with vitaman.com.au, you may receive a tracking number with your order confirmation via e-mail. If this is important to you please choose registered post.

4. Shipping & Handling

 All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days only) of receiving your order. Sending your goods to you in a timely manner is always our priority. We prioritize the processing, picking and packing of our orders according to the time & date we receive them. Therefore, during peak times there may be minor delays to our standard turnaround time.

 Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). vitaman.com.au regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Cost

Orders under $75 Australia wide - $9.95

Orders over $75 Australia wide - $5.95

All shipping costs for international orders are based on weight and this will be calculated at checkout.

5. Delivery Times

While we provide expected delivery times and we do our best to deliver by this time, these times are estimates only. We will not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by a late delivery. By placing an order on the website you agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order.

Delivery time to you will depend on the selected method of transport and your location.

If you do not receive your goods within the time we estimate, please contact immediately so we are able to track your parcel.

International Customers:

 Export orders require special attention. We will always aim to meet your requirements for delivery.

Vitaman.com.au recommends Express Courier International. We have determined that this is the best way and fastest way to send international parcels as it is fully traceable and all items are insured.

Please note re: Customs & Duties:

It is the responsibility of the customer to clear these goods through their respective customs authority and pay any taxes / duties owing. The merchant does not take responsibility for any goods unable to be delivered due to customs/ import restrictions.

6. Backorders & Out of Stock

 If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.

7. Return Policy & Guarantee

We hope you enjoy everything you purchase from vitaman.com.au. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged product, please return it to:

Policy of refund:

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of vitaman.com.au will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage cost will be incurred by the customer.

If the goods you received were damaged or faulty on delivery, you must return the goods within 14 days of receipt. We will then send you replacement items, via standard delivery, at no cost to you.

Vitaman.com.au does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to any delay in delivery of the products or any failure to deliver the products ordered by you for whatever reason.

Vitaman.com.au will not accept liability for loss or damage caused by items being lost, stolen or damaged after dispatch has occurred.

8. Payment

The price payable by the customer is the total price of the products selected by the customer. The price must be paid in full, immediately upon entry into the agreement and paid in Australian Dollars.

9. Product Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased at vitaman.com.au simply return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase and please enclose your original receipt for a full refund.

Unfortunately vitaman.com.au is unable to refund any shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange of any product.
