Why You Should Use It
Apply a small amount to palm of hands and rub together to warm the wax.

Love this product! Works really well and is easy to use
I like this product a lot, if you are considering the pomade and are looking for a medium-hold product with some shine, I recommend it. I will list things that Vitaman could do that would compel me to rate at 5 stars, but let me first share why I recommend trying it. Things that are great: 1) natural ingredients; 2) hair still feels clean after I've put the product in; 3) smells amazing, I enjoy smelling the citrus throughout the day. This product holds more strongly than I wanted, but it turns out it's a 2/4 hold on Vitaman's scale, and they also sell a 1/4 product and salt spray that I look forward to trying. As far as a medium hold goes, this Pomade seems like a good match.
Things that would have made this experience better:
1) Displaying the Hold quality more prominently on the webpage. After returning to the site a few times, now I notice that the product containers state a "hold factor" 1 through 4, 1 being lightest hold. That information is not otherwise stated clearly in any of the product pages, they instead say the product is for curly hair, or medium-length hair, etc. I was looking for a very light-hold product, so if I had known the selection better before buying, I would have gone for the 'Styling Creme' instead of this Pomade.
2) Bottling the product in glass instead of plastic. After listening to Dr. Anthony Jay review his book Estrogenation, I'm trying to shift my purchasing habits away from products that contain plastic or come with packaging. Even though many plastics can be recycled, it seems like microplastics still leach into the environment and get into our food, among other concerns. Speaking for myself, I'm switching to glass and metal products/packaging even when cheaper plastic products exist that perform the same function.
3) This is my most tentative point because I don't know the logistics for ingredients and manufacturing regulations, but I hope Vitaman will consider some US-based manufacturing for the American contingent of customers.

As to your point number 1, great suggestion! We'll definitely revisit the product pages and make the hold more obvious :)
Regarding point number 2, it is something that we're considering but it is something that we need to plan very carefully due to logistics (which ties in to your point number 3). Since all of our products are made from highest quality, natural ingredients in Australia (many of which are found only in Australia) it's a bit tricky having containers which could break in transit; similarly since the ingredients are sourced in Australia we cannot find the same ones in the US.

I purchased the Pomade and the list of ingredients is vastly different than the ones listed on your website. I emailed and got a response from Clare who made it clear the label hadn't been updated. She offered a refund or replacement jar when the labels were ready.
I was ready to give 1 star but was quickly turned around by the quick reply and detailed explanation from Clare and offer to make things right.
Product smells great and does the job well. It's malleable and easy to manoeuvre through hair.
I hope they don't lose business from people who don't reach out to query this.
I have dry hair however I like the natural style of my hair and hate firm-hold products. So, this has been great. My hair is shiny and it sets the way I like it to be not set at all. Just what I wanted.
