Credits expire on a rolling 12-month basis from the date they are earned. To avoid missing any opportunity to cash in on your credits, we'll send you a reminder 7 days and 1 day before your credits are set to expire.
Yes, VITAMAN+ credits can be redeemed alongside your subscription discount. However, credits cannot be combined with sitewide promotions, free shipping offers, or other discount codes.
All customers in Australia and the US get free standard shipping with orders $80 AUD/$50 USD or more, regardless of tier. Customers who have reached the Sharp tier get free standard shipping (Australia and US only) at any order amount. Customers who have reached the Confident tier get free expedited shipping (Australia and US only) or free standard international shipping (all other countries) at any order amount.
Credits earned on a returned order are deducted from your balance when the return is processed. If you've already redeemed those credits, the deduction comes from your remaining balance. Partial returns adjust credits proportionally.
